OK, I'll take the fault here. I photographed the wrong building last November when I last went to Manchester. I got confused by the intersection of US 421 & Main St and didn't realize 421 was not Main. My bad!
The building I photographed last time is actually the county administration building, not the courthouse (errrr... "Justice Center", which I guess is the 21st century way of saying courthouse lol)
