Simulation software calculates the number of vehicles and travel times between stations connecting Giant/MetLife Stadium at the Meadowlands to Secaucus train station and Manhattan. Location of stations (center of each colored circle) and rails are not precisely located. Correct locations will depend on input from people that will be using the networks. From the Blue cross, Green is 10 minutes, Yellow is 20 minutes and Red is 30 minutes. Travel includes how far you can travel and walk once you arrive. |

So I after I got off of the Main Line train from Ho-Ho-Kus I just filmed just a couple of trains in Secaucus that was all. Train 1 NJT PVL Train X160 to Hoboken from New Bridge Landing rolls through with NJT Comet V 6070 & PL42AC 4006 tailing. Train 2 NJT PVL Train 1623 to Spring Valley from Hoboken arrives with NJT F40PH-2CAT 4119 & NJT Comet V 6043 tailing. Train 3 MTA PJL Train 51 to Port Jervis from Hoboken arrives with MNRR F40PH-3C 4908 & MNRR Comet V 6710 tailing. Please Enjoy!! |

Yesterday I did the Middletown turn, but the video starts off at the Moodna Viaduct and the then so on. And it got dark pretty earlier last night since it was raining in North Jersey from New York State. And it was a nice smooth ride back to Secaucus. And when the train goes through Ho-Ho-Kus theirs no sounds for some reason. And I also enjoyed hearing the horn and the bell. I sure love the bells on the Comet V's. The consist was 6704-6-4900. For some reason this train had Mechanical problems in Hoboken Terminal because this train has to turn immediately as 57 but the 4126 ran and this consist went out on 67 to Port Jervis. |

Went railfanning with MNCRR4191 right after I got off of my train from Middletown, NY. Train 1 NJT ML train #1113 to Suffern arrives with F40PH-2CAT 4113 and gives some horn leaving. Train 2 NJT train to Hoboken leaves with Comet V 6077 and GP40PH-2 4103 pushing. Train 3 NJT 1257 to Ridgewood arrives with PL42AC 4031 leading. BTW one of the workers said to me that I'm not allowed to take pictures! Train 4 NJT BCL train #1165 to Waldwick arrives with F40PH-2CAT 4121 leading. While 1165 is stopped NJT ML train #1116 arrives with Comet V 6035 is leading and F40PH-2CAT 4120 is trailing. Note 4121 stops after departing to let somebody off the train. Train 5 NJT BCL train #1357 to Ridgewood. F40PH-2CAT #4119 is leading and Comet V 6702 is trailing. Note the engineer on this train was a female engineer! Train 6 NJT PVL train #1627 to Spring Valley. GP40PH-2 #4107 is leading and Comet V 6059 is trailing. Train 7 NJT ML train #1213 to Waldwick arrives with PL42AC leading. Train 8 MNCR PJL train #55 to Port Jervis. GP40PH-2B 4213 and it's GE bell are leading and Comet V 6714 is trailing. I was surprised to see 4213 on a Port Jervis Line train. Train 9 NJT ML train #1118 to Hoboken has GP40PH-2B 4212 pushing. Train 10 NJT BCL train #1269 to Waldwick. "GHOST ENGINE" GP40PH-2 #4219 is leading and Comet V 6030 is trailing. Train 11 NJT PVL train #1629 to Spring Valley. GP40PH-2A 4149 is leading and Comet V 6055 is trailing. A deadhead flies through on it's way going to Hoboken. Comet V <b>...</b> |
